How fast can I get my piggyhot7 hotpot kit?
Same-day delivery is available in select zones through our delivery partners. We recommend ordering 1 hour before your dining time for best scheduling.
What equipment do I need at home?
All you need is an induction or portable butane stove, we take care of the rest. Need one? We’ve got you covered. You can rent a stove from us for a $15 refundable deposit; it’s yours for the night, and fully refunded when returned.
Are the ingredients pre-cooked?
We pack fresh, ready-to-cook ingredients. Broths arrive chilled in vacuum-sealed pouches and proteins are sliced for quick cooking.
Do you support dietary adjustments?
